Depending on your engagement with our engineering, calibration, drone, or SaaS platforms, we may collect:

• Contact Identifiers: Name, business email, telephone number, job title, and employer organization.
• Engineering & Site Information: Mine pit coordinates, plant single-line diagrams, telemetry feeds, and equipment serial numbers.
• Aviation & Imagery Data: Georeferenced aerial photogrammetry, thermal point clouds, and video footage acquired during authorized commercial missions.
• Vehicle & Driver Telematics: MDVR video streams, GPS telemetry, and driver safety alerts for fleet subscribers.

3. Purpose of Processing

Information collected is strictly processed to:

• Prepare formal quotations, execute engineering SLAs, and deliver metrology/calibration certificates.
• Fulfill commercial UAV flight missions, photogrammetry rendering, and volume reporting.
• Maintain cloud SaaS telematics operations for MINEX™ and EMG MDVR accounts.
• Comply with South African statutory mandates (ECSA, SANS 10142, DMR, SACAA, and SARS).

4. Security Safeguards

We employ enterprise-grade technical and organizational safeguards including encrypted SSL/TLS communications, restricted role-based database access, automated firewalls, and secure local audit logging.

Under POPIA, data subjects have the right to request access to their personal information, request correction of inaccurate records, object to processing on reasonable grounds, or lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator.
